import panel data

Hello
I have a file excel with 4 sheets. On every sheet I have dati panel with is cross id and time. I need to create a panel data with all of this sheets. If I import one sheet at a time, how can I use Eviews that read my cross id and time for all of this data so I can do my regression? Some sheets have some different cross id so I need to combine the data and have also different frequency so I need to convert.
