Error Query: did not get character string

Hi,
I came across a particular error several times while using Census X-13 fro seasonal adjustment. Says: “Warning: The following X-13 output files could not be found (SEATS may have detected no seasonality): D11”.
It pops up every time I try to add multiple user-defined regressors in the process. Also, I looked up the "EVX13TMP.err" file in the Temp File Path. Here, the error which appears is “did not get character string”.
I am not able to understand the problem here.
