How to write multiple equations for generating series (a complete newbiew's question)

Hello!
A complete newbie here!
I have a workfile which has different variables i.e. x1, x2, x3 etc. I want to create variables that would have absolute values of these variables. I know I can click 'Genr' tab which will open the Generate Series by Equation window.
I see that I can write only 1 equation per line. I cannot execute multiple equations. So, if I want to do the following, what I should do?
abs_x1= abs (x1)
abs_x2= abs (x2)
abs_x3= abs (x3)…
I have to write each equation individually and execute. It's very time consuming when there would many variables.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Thank you.
Regards.
