Sample Survey workfile

Hi,
I need help with the Eviews data import and recording.

I have survey data from 150 students answering surveys for the 3 quarters (Spring, Summer, and Fall) per year from 2010 to 2018.

How can I create the sample in the work file to run the data analysis?
