Date Axis Scaling

Postby jmpetersen » Thu Oct 26, 2017 11:24 am

Hello,

I am viewing the output for a state space model, and would like to focus my chart to the latter half of the sample. However, I'm not able to edit the "User specified" "Bottom axis scale endpoints" in the typical "Data scaling" options page. This seems like a simple task, but I have not seen any posts or sections of the user manual addressing this.

As an alternative, is there a way to export the data on the graph?

Thanks for any ideas,
JP

Could you be more precise on which output you are looking at?

Yes, it is the "Graph State Series" option accessed in a sspace object under View>State Views>Graph State Series; but, I assume the process would be the same for scaling any time series graph.

The graphs produced by the SS object are fixed and disassociated from the workfile time information, so you cannot change the sample on them.

However you can always produce the state series as new series and graph those. Proc->Make State Series.
