Translate EViews Language

Hello everyone, if i opened this post on wrong title sorry for that. I'm studying Faculity of Economics in Turkey and we're usin EViews on 3 lessons. And our teacher must translate models almost every week, so i decided to translate EViews program for him but cant find language file in folders anyone can help me?

There is no language file.

But, there must be somewhere that words right? If they're in some editable files maybe i can find and work on it? Is that illegal for this program? Or when i did it it will be problem for our univercity's licence?

Unfortunately, all text is hard-coded in the exe.
