hi,

The new version of the periodogram add-in is updated, it now supports kernel density estimation. thanks for your comments and suggestions.

hi, you can add an option like log scale (checked or unchecked) see the picture below.
I would be very happy if you accept my simple suggestion.

Hi ecofin,

Do you mean log(frequency- abscissa) or log( (a^2+b^2)^(1/2)- ordinate)? the two options could be calculated using the data from the output table with the @log(x) command. The logarithmic scale can be helpful when the data have a wide range of values, however I think that its utility is minimal in spectral analysis so I do not think necessary to add it as an option.

I mean the periodogram and the spectrale density ordinate (y-axis) in output graph and output table data (log scale for ordinate checked or unchecked option), I HAVE SEEN THAT SOME FREE SOFTWARE LIKE Gretl and Jmulti can make this option, it help to apply examples books and for my research.
