HDECOMP error message

I have been using HDECOMP add-in successfully for the past few months. However,today when I ran the program I get this error message:
(37 ,25) is not a valid index for matrix HISTEMP.
The first number in ( ,)s seems to be randomly different for different countries; the second is always 25 -- possibly because my VAR has five variables each with 1-4 lags.
Nothing substantive has changed in the files. I am at a loss.
Please help!!
