BVAR Installation

Dear Group,

This is the first time I try to install an add-in.
I downloaded the latest BVAR add-in and tried to install it following the instructions in the page.
After downloading it, I asked e_views to open it, but E_Views opens the binary file and does not proceed to do anything with it with it.

My E-Views version is 7, Standard Edition Jan-7-2010 build.
My system is Windows 7 pro/64 bits

What am I doing wrong?
