If the program meets numerical errors, it will show you intermediate values as well as an error message.
(Please note that all intermediate values shown in your Workfile are correct. However, the subsequent values cannot be calculated.)

I believe that a singularity problem in the impulse responses calculation makes the program stop.

Regarding upon the IRFs calculation, I am working on your request (as posted in the next thread).
