HELLO Everyone,

I am trying to work with dyindex using Eviews 12. Every time I try to work with I get error message:

Error 14 in encrypted program. Also, pairwise index data generated is coming out to be blank and EVIEWS does not complete iterations on rolling.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have the same problem. It does compute the overall index, but crashes if asked about the pairwise correlation. After the crash it stops performing anything.

Could you ask a more specific question? For example, post the data and command line (parameter you chosen)?

You are right. The add-in does not work for version 11 or 12 because of the version compatibility issues. I will fix it very soon. Thanks.
