One of my user try to use the add in HPFILTERS but it doesn t work on his pc he receive error message
see the error in attachment.

Hello,

It sounds like that add-in isn't installed on the user's machine (or at least EViews doesn't believe it's installed). The quickest fix may be to re-download and install the add-in.
