Postby dakila » Fri Nov 17, 2017 4:46 pm

This thread is about the BNFilter add-in that estimates the BN decomposition to impose a low signal-to-noise ratio.

Hi for everyone;
The link of the Add-in: BNFilter should be (http://www.eviews.com/Addins/BNFilter.aipz), he sends me back to the page (http://www.eviews.com/home.html).

Could you fix this please.
Best Cherif.

Hi Paolo,

Yes, the add-in was updated. It now includes the option to impose the smoothing parameter (delta). It works fine. Could you post the data and the error details?

The add in does not seem to work on Eviews 13. Each time I get this message "Error 434 in encrypted program". I am using Eviews 13, Jan. 19 2023 build.
thanks
