Count of licenses exceeded

Count of licenses exceeded

Hello,

our faculty bought about a few years ago few licenses of Eviews 5.1 to students purposes.But the problem is following.
Few days ago we had to reinstall one computer where was one license used..This reinstall was necessary because we needed to change whole motherboard and OS didn't run without reinstall..but whne we install EViews it says that
"Machine count exceeded for Serial# XXXXXXXX Currently 15 machines are registered to SN#XXXXXXX"

Because we are really satisfied with EViews 5.1 and this version is enough for us (and of course we haven't enough money for another next license) i am asking
if is it possible to release one license because of this reinstallation...
