After reinstalling OS on server, clients can not access licenses

Hi,

We are an EViews 10 license holder. We recently had to reinstall the OS on our license server for EViewss. The hardware profile is identical (no hardware has changed at all). It's a physical server, the hostname, mac address, IP address etc are all the same.

After installing EViews License Manager and reactivating the licenses on the server, clients are not able to connect to the server, the message is:
"You have exceeded the concurrent use limit for your EViews license. Please try again later."

There are currently 0 licenses being consumed.

Have tried from two different networks, both of which are able to communicate with the license server on the designated port.
