Failed to Refresh License Manager

Hi and good day. We have some issues on refreshing the license manager. The error message stated that "You have exceeded the concurrent use limit for your EViews license. Please try again later." Can you assist me in resolving this issue?

This usually happens if you tried to move your serial number to a new host.
