I’ve recently installed the EViews license manager and EViews and I think I have everything configured properly but I keep getting the message “The license expires in 7 days”. What's going on?

The reason the license expires in 7 days is because you are using a backup license. You have been given a backup license because the license has already been installed on another machine. Concurrent use licenses can only be installed on one machine.
If you wish to migrate your license to another machine, you will need to contact us to unregister the current machine. This will permit a permanent installation on the second machine and remove the expiration warning.
