Citrix/RD forbidden on lab license

Hi,
I'm the Eviews Server Administrator at a university, we have the license "EViews Acad. Unlimited Cloneable Lab License" and when we try to connect I have an alert that says "Unable to obtain license from server XXX this license may not be used with Citrix or Windows Terminal Services". What is the solution?
