Help me please

Hi friends!

I am using 11 years panel data regression. I only have 157 observations. I am using Eviews 5 and i want to correct the variance. I dont know how to do. Can you help me please? Can you also help me with the steps to use Fixed effect, Pooled OLS and Random Effect?
