panel options period (None-fixed-random)? what is the mean

hi I am new to panel data. I use a panel data regression model according to three models (pool ols - fixed effect - random effect). When applying all of these models, there is an option in the panel options window called (period). As shown in the picture, what does period mean if it is (none or fixed or random)
