Hausman Test Message

Hello friends,

I have a question.
I have panel data. and in order to understand my data is Fixed Effexts (FE) or Random Effects (RE) , I run Hausman Test in Eviews.
But I received the following message. I searched for this message in the literature but unfortunately I found opposite comments about what it means.
Is there anyone who can help me ?
