Endogeneity testing concluding in contradicting results

Hi guys
I'm hoping you guys are able to assist asap as i have a deadline fast approaching. I'm conducting a endogenity test on my regression through "view > IV Diagnostics & Tests > Regressor Endogeneity Test". When checking all variables it concludes that the profitability is below 0.05, thus having endogenity.
However when I check each of my four variables individually, the probability are all above 0.05 doing the same test individually.
What do i do? Do I have endogenity or not? are you able to assist me any further or what to do?
