about a relationship between "solve" and "control" commands

Hi.
I want to know a relationship between "solve" and "control" commands.
I wrote a program to slove a model which some endogenous equations keep them controlling with control command.
In that mechanism, is conversion option of control command dependent to that of global solve option?
