InstallShield Wizard never quit

run EViews7Patch_051111.exe , report successfully, but the InstallShild Wizard never quit after several hours.

Did you try rebooting?

yeah, I reboot, and run the update immediately after login windows. Again report successfully, but the wizard never quit.

What did you mean by 'report successfully'?

Please post a screenshot at the time Installshield appears to hang. Hopefully the screenshot will show this but if not, what was the last instruction or message displayed by Installshield just before or at the time Installshield hangs?

What operating system are you using?

no problem with EViews7Patch_052311.exe

What did you mean by 'report successfully'?
run EViews7Patch_051111.exe on XP sp2, following the wizard, to the dialog "EViews update complete", click the Finish button, then the dialog disappear, however, the Wizard still in taskbar, and if I want to restart the computer, will ask me to kill the process.
