Installing Eviews Invalid serial number

I recently bought a book called "using Eviews for Principles of Econometrics" the Book comes with Eviews CD. However when I enter the serial number it comes up invalid. What should I do?

email our office (sales@eviews.com) with the serial number, and explain the problem.

Thee questions:
How can i export the eviews software to this new computer.
How do I de-register the old pc´s.
What do I do uf i change my PC to a Mac.
What can I obtain my original serial number (I cant see it complete in the Help/about eviews command.
