Problem with Installation

Hi. I have been having difficulty with installation. I have clicked the following link (in fact all 3 of them separately) that appears in the email sent by sales@eviews.com.

This .exe is downloaded after a few minutes. However, after that nothing happens. I click the .exe tab but nothing happens beyond this - no User Account window pops up etc. The download appears to be happening in the background, but even after several hours - nothing. Each time I have to kill the process after letting it run for hours on end. Would appreciate help.

I would try a different internet connection if you have access to one. Each of three download links go to different servers so you should be able to reach one of them.
