Re-installation Issue

Hi,
I installed student version which is valid for one year and it started working well. But due to some reason I had to re-install my window in laptop. Afterwards I re-installed Eview 9.5 successfully but it asked for the key. When I write it, it replies some other machine is registered with this serial number.
What should I do to re-activate it.

Send an email to register@eviews.com asking them to reset your license. Include your serial number.
