Installation Eviews 7.x License does not match current [...]

Hello all.
After migrating one of our Clients from 32bit to 64bit(Win 7), we are no longer able to use Eviews 7.1 on the machine. It's a single license and the Installation works fine. But when we try to activate it, we get the error message: Eviews license invalid: License does not match the current machine. We tried the patch. But it didn't help.
