using eviews for principals of econometrics: cannot install!

Hello,

I am starting my final year of an economics course in september and have purchased my texts early in order to get a good footing before the year starts. I purchased Principals of econometrics and Using eviews for principals of econometrics. However, in the "using Eviews" book, (which comes with a student version of eviews 6) at no point in the text does it provide a cd key, necessary to even install the program!

Does anyone on the forum know of this text, and how to register eviews? if so please help.

I am not sure what I am supposed to do about this. I have posted a question on the publisher's website as well, but I just want to get it sorted really, so casting a wider net seems like a good idea.
