Update failes all the time

Hello,
Since I use Windows 7 updates of EViews7 itself and Add-ons to it fail with the request 'Try it later'. I have tried it several times, but always the same messsage.
Who knows what can be wrong or missing?

Were you having problems updating or registering? Our registration server was having problems last night for a little over an hour. If you were trying to register, try it now.

If you're having problems updating to the latest version of EViews, try downloading the patch and running it manually. You can download the latest patch from our website here: http://www.eviews.com/download/download.html

If you're having problems with installing an add-in, please send me an email with your ProgReg.ini file (usually located in: %APPDATA%\IHS EViews\EViews or %APPDATA%\Quantitative Micro Software\EViews if you ever had EViews 7 or older installed on the same machine). Also send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing when you try to install the add-in.
