I am using Eviews 8, i don't know how to switch data frequency quickly (ex: monthly to weekly, weekly to monthly, monthly to yearly, etc...) without using Data Specification option. Tell me plz?

My data is from 2000Q1 to 2013Q4, but i only want to run correlation these data from 2003Q1to 2013Q4, how can i do that except changing in Data Specification option. Thanks !

In Eviews 7, With somes observations, can we determine auto model ? For example, i have some obeservations about GDP of Vietnam. But I don't know what type of model correctly, Eviews 7 can help me ?
