Are you saving to a network drive or anything?

If you created the test workfile in a program, could you share the program?

Could you provide a copy of the workfile (or create a similar sized workfile that has the same issue and provide that)?

The (link) option and the wfrefresh command only apply to links to external data sources. Workfiles are just stored in memory - you cannot "refresh" them. You'd need to close and reopen.

Without the rest of the code and/or workfile impossible to say. But you probably need to have had defined num_draws

There isn't a technique built in (but if you find an econometric technique, let us know and we can add it in the future).

I guess you could always use your forecasting technique of choice and then just subtract/add the difference between the forecast and the annual average you want to hit.
