In regards to the second issue, when trying saving to rtf, EViews uses the color setting found in File->Print Setup. In the graph defaults box, you will find the 'Print in color' checkbox. Make sure that is checked.

It's an EViews thing and will be fixed in the next patch

Installing the license manager silently works the same way. So following the same procedure will work.

What is your workbook name? Foreign characters may be the cause but it's hard to say without seeing the file. The best thing to do is to send your excel file to support@eviews.com
