If you want to do more complicated stuff then simply using task scheduler, or calling an EViews program via a command line, you can use the EViews COM automation server.

If you open one of the forecast series in the panel page you can click on View->Stats by classification and then use @obsid or @date as the classifier in order to view statistics (means, median, quantiles) across the simulations. Technically, yes, but I suspect a Bayesian would tell you to use the 95% quantiles.

Keep the simulations in a new page, then compute the quantiles of the simulations you want.
