Re: Accessing a series from a panel wf other then the one in use

Not really a bug per se, just the results of abusing the EViews programming language :D You are not really supposed to be able to access objects from another workfile using the show wf:: syntax. The :: syntax is only supposed to be used for databases. Luckily EViews will interpret a workfile as a da...

Re: sum up series in panel data set

Use @sumsby(series_a, @crossid) (or replace @crossid with the name of your cross-section identifier series).

Re: Storing @quantile in a series

Code: Select all

!temp = @quantile(v{%zzname}!i, !z11+0.05)

Re: ADF test on multiple variables and saved in a table

Code: Select all

unit_root_results(1,1+!i)=%name

needs to be grabbing the correct element out of root_c, not %name.

The best way to cure your ignorance is to read the documentation and links that people have given you in this thread. There are no short cuts.

Re: disable repeating code at command line

I'm not sure why you think the behaviour is inconsistent. It is very consistent - every command you issue (whether it is a new command or a re-issuing of an existing command) is shown in the command window.

Re: LOOP PROGRAMMING

We do not offer a program writing service (at least not a free one).

Also, please refrain from typing in all caps.
