It doesn't exist in the Normal-Wishart prior. It is "replaced" by the C hyper parameters.

Put them in a group. Create a new series equal to @robs(group). Then use the @last data member on that series.

Both types.

As explained beneath the table, D uses dummies just in the final estimation, DC uses them in both the initial covariance estimate and the final estimate.
