When I run simulations on my computer with Windows 10, EViews 11 often uses more than 90% of CPU, according to Task Manager under the Processes tab. Is there any way to put a limit on the CPU allocation to EViews? Reducing Priority has no effect.

I cannot figure out what to submit to 9 that is equivalent to submitting the above to 7.
