with your .reg file and execution off "REGCOMPONENTS" ("Yes(All)") we could solve the issue.

Hi all, we have upgraded recently to EViews 10 (64bit) Standard Edition (Perpetual, Windows) and are getting the following message in the Excel Add-In: Unable to obtain license: licensing has not been configured on this machine Can someone please advise how we can fix this error?
