I have two timeseries. One is a numerical value. The other is a 0/1 series that operates as a flag. I would like to count the number of observations and percent change in the numerical series between when the flag changes value.

Is there an update to this? I have successfully connected to Bloomberg daily for a year. As of Friday, I have received the same message about the DateTime string. Nothing has changed configuration-wise that I am aware of. Bloomberg still functions correctly as does EViews when using non-Bloomberg da...
