Re: change "current data path"
No I'm from Denmark so the layout is different.
In all other windows/applications i can type shift+alt+7 for backslash, but not within EViews.

change "current data path"
Hello.
I'm running Eviews 8 on a mac (el capitan).
When i try to change the "current data path" in "file locations" I am not able to because I cant type backslash within Eviews with the usual shift+alt+7.
Is there a way around this?

Re: Eviews running on OS X El Capitan
I must say, I dont understand the concept of selling an old version of the same program for the same price.... without possibility of an upgrade (?!?)
but well.. I cant seem to find the El Capitan version for student version 8. is it up yet?

Re: Eviews running on OS X El Capitan
I accidentally bought student version 8 instead of version 9. I assumed that upgrades were free..
Will I be able to run Eviews v. 8 on OS X El Capitan ?
Is it possible to change version to 9 ?
best regards
Kristian
